Sales of cheese are going really well at present although we are always being asked how the credit crunch is effecting us. Actually, for us, January and February are our slower months after the great rush pre Christmas. This year though, I am pleased to say that January has actually been quite a strong month.
Farmers Markets are at their coldest and wettest and sales are not very exciting but hopefully they will pick up as we get nearer Spring and Easter. We are having a rethink on some we attend and are going to start attending some new ones, so keep an eye out on the calender to know where we are going to be. Or you can always call us on 01451 870852.
With the value of the pound be so low its made the continental opposition, if there is such a thing, more expensive and we have managed to hold our prices, so not only are we good we are even better value!
Let us know if you have a favorite shop that you think ought to stock us and does not, we are always happy to send them samples and some tasters to get them started. Just email or call us with their details and Sue will do the rest!
